Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! We have been where you are and understand how overwhelming it can be. There's a lot of 'misinformation' out there and our aim is to cut through the hype and get you real results- that last.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. We provide training plans that deliver great results at home, with minimal equipment. If you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you.
It all depends on you and your goals! We'll go at your pace to get you where you want to be. Whether you want to lose weight, gain lean muscle or run a marathon, consistency is the key to progress, and our methodology is to work with you to find an approach you enjoy. Consistently sticking to a realistic programme is far better for overall health, strength, and active living than bursts of higher volume activity.
Not at all! Our approach is all about enjoyment- if you enjoy something, you'll be far more likely to remain consistent. We have plans for little or no equipment, for outdoor workouts as well as for getting the best results at home.
