Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· For the purposes of contact availability and health screening 

We use the information that you have given us to assess suitability for physical activity. 

We may share this information with your GP or health provider if we are working with you as part of an exercise referral scheme.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep personal information for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by secure means.
